Explore Tower Farms:
With a vertical aeroponic design, the Tower Farms growing system allows you to sustainably grow food where conventional, soil-based operations are impossible — from rooftops to bunkers and beyond.
Here are a few examples of where our farmerpreneurs are already growing.

Feature – A Restaurant Farm –
Redefine local food with a restaurant farm:
The local food movement has given rise to a new breed of restaurants: those that grow their own ingredients. For chefs and restaurateurs, the Tower Farms growing system provides a bounty of fresh, high-quality ingredients that keep customers coming back for seconds.
3 Results of Growing a Restaurant Farm-
Hyper-local food sourcing is a leading trend among restaurants — beating out other major culinary movements, such as using natural products and following environmentally sustainable practices.1
And the reasons why are pretty clear. For instance, growing a restaurant farm:
- Delivers a cost-effective supply of ultra-fresh, high-quality produce, saving you money while delighting customer taste buds
- Reduces food miles, packaging, and waste, so people can feel good about supporting your eco-friendly business
- Secures your food supply, allowing you to operate reliably — regardless of shortages, recalls, and price increases
Since our vertical farming systems don’t use soil and allow you to grow virtually anywhere — even indoors — they’re the perfect solution for restaurant farmers.
Restaurant Farm Examples-

A General Cost Overview – Set Up your Budget-
- Micro Farm – $7,000 – $20,000
- Small Farm – $20,000 – $50,000
- Medium Farm $100,000 + Large Farm
General Cost Overview of a Greenhouse-
If you will be considering a greenhouse, these are some guide numbers to calculate your costs.
Average greenhouse costs by size. A greenhouse costs $5 to $30 per square foot or $2,500 to $15,000 on average for a 500-square-foot structure. Building a large commercial greenhouse costs $2 to $25 per square foot. (This would have to be corroborated by Tower Garden).
The price of a greenhouse depends also on climate conditions and whether or not it requires anti-seismic additional structure or for areas prone to earthquakes. The price also varies based on the quality of the greenhouse amenities (atomizers, fans, cooling pads, electrical setup, off-the-grid equipment, insect screens etc.).
